Carlton Robert Collins

Carlton Robert brings a wealth of experience in education with a decade of service ranging from recruitment of minority educators nationwide in Atlanta, program design & development for national initiatives, strategy for nonprofit clients, and college placement and career exploration for young people in Greater Cincinnati and Metro Atlanta. He specializes in bias training, Black male achievement, community advocacy and activism, direct political action, and social change theory. CR currently serves as Program Manager for Leading Men Fellowship Cincinnati placing men of color into preschools.

CR is a 2011 graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor's in History with a concentration in Child Development. His pedagogy is heavily influenced by the work of James Baldwin, Marian Wright Edelman, Paulo Freire, and Jawanza Kunjufu.

Rosalyn Robinson Collins

Rosalyn Collins is one of the brightest stars in higher education in Greater Cincinnati. She has served as Assistant Director in several offices at the University of Kentucky, Miami University at Oxford, University of Cincinnati, and as the Associate Director at the Center for Diversity & Inclusion at Xavier University. RC specializes in academic preparedness & success, diversity training for professionals & students, leadership development, and social justice education. RC currently serves as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Consultant at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

RC graduated from Ohio University with a B.A. in Organizational Communications and M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University (OH). Her influences have been Beverly Tatum, bell hooks, Dr. MLK, and Lee Mun Wah.
