OUR

PEDA

GOGY

Innovation will create onramps for the next generation of learners to effectively compete in an

ever-changing world of work. Teaching youth and young professionals agency, critical thinking, holistic development, and transformative habits that produce grit, resilience, and the selfs (awareness, love, respect, worth). We champion the idea that all people have the capacity to learn from one another and that we need each other to reach our greatest potential individually and collectively.

Here is the reality of why we do what we do:

  • Education will become a 10 trillion dollar industry globally by 2030.

  • 85% of the 2030 jobs were not yet created in 2020 -- the world is changing.

  • 73,000,000 jobs are projected to be eliminated by AI technology by 2030.

  • 50% of all workers are projected to be gig workers by 2030.
  • By 2031, 72% of jobs in the US will require postsecondary education or training.

  • 69% of all students who begin high school in Ohio do not graduate from a college/university.
